USD 475 schools currently receiving MHIT services during the 2026-27 school year include the following schools below. For more information, please contact your child's school principal or counselor at one of the contracted schools, or the mental health liaison, Katie Hoover, LCPC, Mental Health Liaison.

• H.D. Karns Alternative School
• Washington Elementary School
• Spring Valley Elementary

This program means that there are now more services available to students at USD 475 Schools for behavioral and mental health. Services include individual therapy through Pawnee Mental Health Services (PMHS) and a mental health liaison to coordinate student services in school. A variety of community-based services, such as case management, groups, parent support, and attendant care  may also be available for children who meet specific state criteria.
