Child Nutrition

The Child Nutrition Department strives to maintain healthy food choices within Geary County Schools and oversees the annual Summer Lunch Program. Working toward a common goal for wellness in the district this department provides healthy options for students, some of whom may not have access to healthy food options outside of their school day.

Refunds for Prepaid Meals

The Geary County Schools USD 475 finance department issues all refunds and processes donations related to student positive balances.

Please email accountspayable@usd475.org to receive a refund form or call the district office at 785-717-4000 and ask for Kelly Caron.

All outstanding balances or negative accounts will first be allocated with the refund amounts prior to completing the refund or donation.

Please note that USD 475 district staff will email when refund checks are ready to be picked up at the Mary E Devin Center located at 123 North Eisenhower Drive in Junction City. Checks will be mailed for those no longer in the area.
