The Junction City High School tennis team claimed runner-up accolades at the Kansas State High School Activities Association Class 6A Regional on Thursday in Wichita.

Junction City High School JROTC instructor Sergeant First Class Ted Ehlers was recently selected as a Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction by The National Society of High School Scholars.
