FAQ

To participate in the online registration process you must have an account in Skyward Family Access, the district’s online student information system. Skyward Family Access is a secure website that will allow you to easily keep track of nearly everything your student does while at school. Among other things, this service allows you to view your student’s attendance, grades, schedule, food service balance, bus route information, assignments and emergency information.

You can start the enrollment process from your home or any device that has Internet access, including those available in areas like the pubic library. Parents/guardians may also enroll by visiting the Mary E. Devin Center Administration Office. If you are not able to complete the process online, please visit www.usd475.org or go to your student’s school and request a paper copy.

To learn more visit our enrollment page.

The health services office at your student’s school needs the following when you enroll your student:

  • Health Information Form (completed each year)
  • Copy of any updated immunizations. 30 days to update immunizations if not currently up-to-date.
  • Students who are eight years old and under and enrolling in a Kansas school for the first time are required to turn in a physical exam within 90 days of enrollment.

Contact your school nurse immediately if you are having difficulty meeting any of these health requirements.
