H1N1 Influenza Vaccinations

During the past several weeks, students in USD 475 were given the opportunity to receive H1N1 vaccine at school. Parents/Guardians received information about the vaccine and a consent form to allow their student to receive the vaccine at school. Criteria established by the Center for Disease Control and local H1N1 vaccine supply was used to determine if a student received H1N1 flu mist or H1N1 injectable vaccine.
