Secondary
Gradebook Training |
|
|
The Secondary Gradebook Training will cover setting up
a basic gradebook starting with the lesson planner. Attendees
will learn how to set up assignments and tests, be walked through
the steps of how to properly
set up the gradebook for posting grades, and shown how to reflect
information on the portal. The
recommended audience for this training includes secondary teachers,
teacher coaches, and office coaches. |

Basic Ad Hoc Training |
|
|
The Basic Ad Hoc Training will cover the building of
basic Ad Hoc queries. Attendees will learn how queries can be
used in filters for reports and labels, how to export queries out
into Excel for further analysis, and an overview on using Report
Designer and Report Builder. The
recommended audience for this training includes anyone who uses
Infinite Campus and would like to be able to pull information out
that's not contained in the canned reports currently available in
Infinite Campus.
Note: This class will also be covering the new enhancements for
the new version of Infinite Campus. |

Elementary
Gradebook Training |

The Elementary Gradebook Training will cover the steps
to set up their gradebook to effectively use it for standard based
report cards and student progress reports. Attendees will
learn about the step by step
lesson planner, assignments, posting grades, student summary, and
student progress reports. The recommended audience for this
training includes elementary teachers, teacher coaches, and office
coaches.

General Navigation and Overview of Infinite Campus |

The General Navigation and Overview of Infinite Campus
will cover what Infinite Campus offers, how to navigate through the
system, and how to find information. Attendees will learn
about searching
student information and topics such as behavior, grades, schedules,
reports, and some Ad Hoc queries. The recommended audience for
this training includes new teachers, administrators, and anyone else
who would
like to know more about what Infinite Campus has to offer. |

Advanced Ad Hoc Training with Report Designer and Cube Designer |
|
|
The Advanced Ad Hoc Training with Report Designer and
Cube Designer builds onto information learned from the Basic Ad Hoc
Training or experience gained from using Ad Hoc. Attendees
will learn more in-depth about the Report Designer, Report Builder,
and the Cube Designer. Attendees will be shown how to use the
Cube Designer in helping desegregate data for information pulled
from Infinite Campus such as assessments,
grades, behavior, etc. The recommended audience for this
training includes advanced Infinite Campus users and administrators
who want to be able to pull information out of Infinite Campus and
desegregate data.
