COMMUNITY
Milford El 4th/5th Grade Project
Fourth and fifth grade students in Mrs. Pfizenmayer's
class created this virtual tour of Milford Elementary
and the lake-side community of Milford. To create the
presentation, the students used Microsoft PhotoStory

PREAMBLE TO THE
CONSTITUTION
Eisenhower Elementary School Project
As a writing activity, fifth graders in Mrs. Malec's
studied the preamble and then drew posters depicting the
different parts of the preamble. Electronically
transforming the posters, they created a presentation
using Microsoft PhotoStory 3. (.wmv file) |

KANSAS DAY: KANSAS SYMBOLS
Spring Valley Elementary Project
Spring Valley third graders drew posters of Kansas
symbols, scanned the posters, recorded information about
the symbols, and then, created a Microsoft PhotoStory 3
movie to celebrate Kansas Day. Click on the teacher name

SUPERINTENDENT'S ART GALLERY
District
Artwork GalleryStudent artwork is on display in
the Superintendent's Art Gallery at the Devin Center. These displays rotate out
during the school year. Each student
artist received a certificate stating that his artwork
was in the Superintendent’s Art Gallery.
In addition, photos of the works are featured on the
district's TV Local Cox Cable Channel 20 and here on our
district website. |
