Welcome to
Our mission is to provide our students with the best educational environment possible - in a way that is engaging, authentic, student-centered, innovative, career-oriented, and which promotes an appreciation for life-long learning.
We are an academic institution committed to excellence. This commitment requires not only respect for the differences in students and staff from widely diverse cultural, economic, social, intellectual, linguistic, and educational backgrounds, but also a sustained effort to use our diversity to achieve this commitment. We celebrate our diversity through varying student career interests and post-secondary plans of study. Our hope is that “if our students can dream it, they can be it!”
We are sure that, with your cooperation, we all can accomplish and reach our goals!
Sincerely,
Mrs. GG Booth, Principal

Join Geary County Schools USD 475 on Tuesday, April 30 as we celebrate our 2023-24 school year in style at our annual State of Education event inside the Junction City High School USD 475 auditorium. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Every now and then a teacher comes into a group of student’s lives and really impacts them on a personal level. For first-year Fort Riley Middle School Special Education teacher Ric Dillard that is exactly what he has done, the only difference though is that he has inspired an entire school during his first-year teaching.
Junction City High School seniors Ava Oentrich and Leon Leadabrand were named 2024 Kansas Career and Technical Education (CTE) Scholars by the Kansas State Department of Education this week.
