TALK, LISTEN, CONNECT
Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit organization behind Sesame
Street, has produced in partnership with Wal-Mart, a new
project titled Talk, Listen, Connect: Helping Families During
Military Deployment.
These free bilingual kits will help military families and their
young children, 3-5 years of age, cope with feelings,
challenges, and concerns experienced during various phases of
deployment: pre-deployment, deployment and homecoming. The kits
include a DVD, featuring the beloved Muppets from Sesame Street,
and a parent/caregiver magazine and poster.
