1)     Review basics.

2)     Learn about copyright issues of online authoring.

All students view the PowerPoint presentation entitled Copyright In A Digital Environment  and discuss.

3)     Work with images.

  •  Download and insert Internet images (always aware of Copyright limitations).

  •  Scan a photo or graphic that is not copyrighted. Import, drag-and-drop, copy/paste

  •  Practice using a Digital Camera and importing into web.

  •  Edit images in FrontPage using the tools on the Picture Toolbar – Crop, Resize Thumbnails, Brightness, Transparent, Resample

  •  Picture Properties
     Enable accessibility using “Alt Text” in picture properties
