Master Teacher Award

The Kansas Master Teacher Award, sponsored by the Teachers College at Emporia State University, recognizes a teacher or administrator with at least 5 years of experience in Kansas school who exemplifies teaching or administrative effectiveness, constructive service in the community, zeal in promoting the advancement of education and a sincere interest in professional organizations.  The Geary County Master Teacher nominee is selected through a peer nomination process under the auspices of the Junction City Education Association.
