Child Nutrition

If you are new to the district or your situation has changed and you want to fill out a Free & Reduced Application, feel free to stop in and pick one up at a school closest to you.  You can fill it out right there or bring it back. 

Please make sure you include inportant items like all students and their IDs and schools, if known, all other family members and their incomes and the frequency of that income or check the box if they have no income, and the last 4 digits of your social security number or check the box for "I do not have an SSN".  If you have a student who is a Foster Child please be sure to check that box as well.  Please make sure you sign and date your application or we cannot accept it.
