Health
Requirements
Children attending the Geary County Head Start program must
complete the following health requirements
within 90 days.
●All
children must have a physical and dental exam. The physical
exam must include a hemoglobin or hematocrit. A urinalysis and a lead screen are
also required as part of the physical exam.
● All children must have their immunizations up to date. For four
year olds, this means getting the boosters.
