USD 475 has developed a secured email account to allow families to submit protected documents directly to the district. If you have confidential documents that need to be provided for your student (immunization records, birth certificates, sports or school physicals, etc.), you can use this account by following the steps below:
- Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an encrypted reply
- Once the encrypted reply is received, click “reply”, scan and upload the documents to be submitted
Do not attach documents to your initial email request – wait for the encrypted reply to ensure your documents are uploaded securely. If you’d rather hand carry documents, you may bring them to the Mary E. Devin Center for Education Support at 123 N. Eisenhower Dr., Junction City, KS 66441 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We will copy your records and deliver them to your child’s school.
