USD 475 has finalized it’s plans for students to check out at the end of the school year. Please see the plans below. If you have questions about specific items, please contact your student’s teacher.
Pre-K through 8th grade students
Students returning for 2020-21: Pre-K through 8th grade students
If the PK-8th grade student is planning to return to USD 475, all District materials may be kept over the summer and returned at the beginning of the 2020-21 school year. Materials will be returned to the school of record for the 2020-21 school year.
Students not returning for 2020-21: Pre-K through 8th grade students
Any PK-8th grade student who does not plan on attending any USD 475 school for the 2020-21 school year shall return all USD 475 materials. If the PK-8th grade student does not plan to return to USD 475 for the 2020-21 school year, please return the District materials to:

Drop off dates and times are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3:30 pm starting on May 11, 2020. Please ensure that the student has completed assignments.
Materials would be all USD 475 property which may include but are not limited to:
- Computers, hotspots, chargers, computer cases
- Textbooks or library books
- Uniforms or band equipment
- Other materials from the District
9th – 12th grade students
All seniors and students who will NOT return to JCHS next fall will need to turn in ALL items. Students who will be returning to JCHS in the fall may KEEP their computers, but should turn in any other outstanding items.

- JROTC uniforms
- Athletic Uniforms
- Outstanding fees
JCHS has also cleared all lockers for each student. Name, ID #, and phone numbers have been identified with the respective property. Students may pick these items up during these scheduled times.
- May 14th (2:00 pm – 7:00 pm) and May 15th (8:00 am – noon)
- May 18th Junior Class (2:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
- May 19th Sophomore Class (2:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
- May 20th Freshman Class (2:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
- May 21 Any student(s) still needing to turn in items (8:00 am – noon)
Students will arrive (and park) in the JCHS parking lot.
Tables will be set up at the front of the building (social distancing protocols will be followed); students will choose a line to deliver their school items.
A checklist will be provided for each student to complete, verifying all items returned to the school; signature of student required.
Students will be directed to the cashier’s table for outstanding fees; and directed to the hall monitor station to receive any items from their locker.
