The Junction City High School is proud to collaborate with Konza Health Clinic, and are happy to announce a new satellite clinic on-site at the Career Campus.
Konza Prairie Community Health and Dental Center first opened its doors on June 1, 1995, originally offering medical appointments and immunizations. Over the years, services were expanded, adding behavioral health services (2002), dental care (2007), a fully digital x-ray department, laboratory services (2014) and a pharmacy on site (2015). Konza Prairie Community Health and Dental Center continues its expansion and catering to our communities needs by adding services such as the new School-Based Health Center that focuses on the adolescents in our community within the Junction City High School. Our new clinic offers medical and referral services (both acute and chronic) and plans for future services include adding behavioral health, dental care, and dietician/nutrition services directly into our high school so that all young people have an equal opportunity to learn and grow.
